Sun Belt Commissioner Keith Gill at conference Media Day today: student-athletes and staff members who've been COVID-19 vaccinated will not have to go through testing protocols. Cajuns coach Billy Napier earlier said the same, specifically about UL players.

Most interesting thing to me is that they won't be requiring vaccinated players and tier 1 staff to be in testing protocol, which I think is the right move. Also ESPN increasing Sun Belt games on their linear network by 50%. Get ready for more Fun Belt in your living rooms, folks. You're welcome.

gonna be a fun conference when baylor joins after the big 12 collapses
Posted on 7/22/21 at 2:07 pm to Winston Cup
Crazy that Texas State hasn't been able to get more talent in there with that location.

Fun Belt places a priority on morality. I don't believe Baylor fits into our core values. No further questions at this time.

That week where three Sun Belt teams beat those three Big XII teams may be the most consequential CFB week of the decade if it helps establish the Sun Belt on par with other conferences such as a Big XII without Texas and OU

League put Georgia State’s logo and background up when Georgia Southern was going

it is a most excellent venue
Went to the Tulane and La Monroe games last year.
A much needed upgrade from the aging dump Ladd Stadium.
A new coach this year as well.

Stop. Our Commissioner and the Sunbelt leadership is of the upmost competence out of all the conferences.

Absolutely. Make sure to at least buy some parking passes which are all right by the stadium. Extremely easy to get in and out. Parking will sell out quick as there aren’t many available.
Also tailgating wasn’t allowed last season so the lots should be fun especially with a big Louisiana crowd.
I’d stay downtown even though campus is about 15 minutes away. Not much going on around campus but tons of good bars and restaurants downtown.
Try these:
Hampton Inn
Battle House
Riverview Plaza
Hilton Garden Inn
Malaga Inn
Quality Inn - if you’re on a budget. Not a terrible hotel right downtown.
If you want to stay near campus:
Holiday Inn Express And Suites
Hampton Inn
