Is there a rule about a punter moving makes it where you can tackle him if you did not make contact with the ball?
Just popped in my head during that punt. On a regular punt if you tackle the punter after he kicks and do not make contact with the ball it is roughing/running.
I know the punter was running but he did kick it.
