He used to de commit every month for attention and the rantards on the recruiting board would cuss you like a dog if you said anything about him.

Maybe in track, he was actually on a track scholarship, though I'd say that was a stretch. If you're talking football, that would be quite a stretch.
He appeared in 8 games in 2015. 10 returns for 255 yards. 1 of those was 100 yard kickoff return, though. 4 total tackles as a defender.
He did run a 4.35 at his pro day just 2 weeks ago.
Seems like this is quite a waste of God given abilities.
