Check out the trailer for the documentary “Finding Big Country,” which delves into the NBA career of Oklahoma State University basketball star Bryant "Big Country" Reeves."

As The Oklahoman's Berry Tramel reports, "Finding Big Country" will premiere at 7 tonight on ESPN.

In "Finding Big Country," Canadian filmmaker Kat Jayme, who was a childhood superfan of the short-lived NBA team the Vancouver Grizzlies, goes in search of Reeves, who lives in the rural Oklahoma community of Gans, where he grew up. Although he was often maligned during his time in the NBA, Reeves was her childhood hero.

He also remains a hero here in his home state for leading the OSU Cowboys to the 1995 Final Four, but Reeves rarely does interviews, which means Jayme's film offers an uncommon opportunity to (possibly) catch up with Big Country. ...
