Just look at the way people with other body self-image related disorders are handled.
How are the folks with bulimia and anorexia treated? Do they say "hey, you're right, you are fat. I'll help you not eat"? Or the folks that continue to bulk up with muscle because they see themselves as still being small?

I support the right for men to pretend they are women. But am vehemently against the pervading idea of legally forcing the vast majority of sane people and the laws of biology and creation to comply with the charade

This is a great way to live, however, I don’t really think this newer wave of cancel culture and wokeness is satisfied with simply “not being a dick for no reason.” Seems more like if you’re not buying in completely with what these fringe groups are selling the zealots are coming for you.
