ESPN is hyping some Mayfield drama

Thanks Lester. Hadn’t seen it mentioned anywhere and couldn’t figure out what he could have done.

He was talking to the KU fans saying something like "you've won one game...stick to basketball". Then later after a TD he was on the sideline and crabbed his crotch and said something toward some KU players.

Of course thats only part of the story. It was a very chippy game and there was allegedly a non-targeting call on a late hit against Mayfield. I thought it was ruffing and the refs called it UR for 15. But some thought it was targeting. I couldnt tell.

At least he grabbed his own crotch.

He was doing it toward a KU player that hit him late. Don’t have a problem with it

He has now issued his third public apology in the last year. Eventually he just needs to quit with those apologies and OU just needs to say "yeah he does that stuff and we don't care."
