I don't think anybody considers U(sic)GA top 10 outside of Georgia, top 25 probably.

LSU, UGA and Auburn have traditionally been slotted like 11-17 range I think. LSU and UGA could probably both push to crack the top 10 in the coming couple decades .

I'm as big of an SEC homer as there is, but UGA is not a top ten all-time program.
UGA is firmly in the second tier of great programs, just behind the first tier, which has, of course, 'Bama, Southern Cal, Notre Dame, OU, Ohio State, etc.

I honestly don't know a soul that thinks we're a top 10 program. I think by pretty much any source you cite you'd slot us in the 12-15 range.
UT is historically the 2ns best sec program but their grasp on that is slipping with each passing year. After them you can throw UGA/uf/lsu/au in a hat and probably draw them out in any order.
