From his twitter feed:

The NFL claims it used technology not employed by the DA/police

quote:

Technology to verify time-stamp accuracy on photos of injuries suffered by alleged victim.

The NFL's "code of conduct" game is on point, it would appear.

Still trying to get my head around this...

Zeke will play the full season (injunction) or his suspension will get reduced

How?

6 Games minimum for domestic violence. They either find him guilty or not guilty of it - so its 0 or 6. There is no in between.

I vote 0. Bitch is clearly nuts and looking to get paid. Biggest mistake Zeke made was sticking his dick in crazy.

So the NFL is claiming to be better at investigating crimes than law enforcement and more inept at deciding if charges should be brought than a DA. Got it.

NFL threshold is 51%
a DA's threshold is, for all practical purposes, 99%.

Easily, by the rules of the CBA that the NFLPA ratified. Just like an employer in the private sector can release or suspend you from employment without charges.

Well she also allegedly sent the texts of photos to her aunt, mother, and friend, so this makes it seem like it's a bigger deal than the "super duper technology" would imply.

Besides that is not the core of the issue, regarding Elliott's actual involvement. Those photos don't show that.

He's not the only one to make that mistake. Some lessons have to be learned the hard way and that's experience talking.

Arbitrator Harold Henderson(same guy hearing Zeke's appeal) has upheld Hardy's suspension for conduct detrimental to the league, but has reduced the ban from 10 to four games, the NFL announced on Friday. Hardy was suspended in April for his role in a 2014 domestic violence incident.

The ex-wife of Josh Brown told police that the New York Giants kicker had been physically violent with her on more than 20 instances over the past several years, but the NFL said Friday it arrived at a one-game suspension for him.

Not necessarily. There are technologies and techniques that law enforcement don't use due to cost issues or questions about the method being 100% accurate. Again, if the time stamping method can say that more than likely the time is accurate then it is good enough for the NFL's standards whereas a criminal charge requires the time to be proved beyond reasonable doubt.

You do know that even though she may be nuts and trying to get money (all those nookie girls are trying to get paid)......still doesnt make it right to take a beating.

I have been listening to DFW local sports about this.......they say there is way more than has been released and he may have beat her alot more than once!

If you are a heterosexual male who is against bestiality, pedophilia, necrophilia, and banging knotholes in trees, crazy is really your only choice.

Which makes it odd that the NFL would rather virtue signal than release this evidence.

Yeah. Basically he became a violent abuser each day for 4 days. She even sent texts to her mom, Aunt, and friend about it, although it's unclear whether they even attempted to intervene while a 225 pound man best their loved one repeatedly.

Then of course we have to forget that she tried to frame him for one of those beatings.

There is absolutely no justifiable reason for the NFL to be involved in investigating crimes in the first place. People were outraged that the NFL wasn't harder on Ray Rice. Why weren't they outraged that the Atlantic City police weren't harder on Ray Rice? Why is the first thing people think when an NFL athlete gets in trouble is "omg i wonder what the NFL is going to do?"

When employees at Home Depot or Chase Bank get accused of crimes is the first thing that comes to mind "wow I wonder how the lumber division of home depot on the corner of Main and 1st street is going to punish this employee who hasn't even been convicted of a crime?"
