Easiest Non-conference schedule of 2017 (among power 5 teams)

Colorado: Colorado State, Texas State, and Northern Colorado
Kansas: Southeast Missouri State, Central Michigan, and Ohio
Arizona: Northern Arizona, Houston, and UTEP
I guess I would say Kansas, though Colorado's is pretty terrible for a team aiming to win their conference.

They are playing at a power 5 team (something they haven't done in a long time). Baylor's non con is favorable, but it isn't as easy as the aforementioned schedules.

I would not pick Kansas, simply because the those two MAC schools have been giant killers before especially CMU. They are so bad I agree with getting wins under the belt whenever they can.
I would actually say Colorado, CSU whule although a pretty big rivalry is not going to be that good.

That Duke game was scheduled years ago before Cutcliff got them to a respectable level.

IDK what year that was scheduled in, but at the time it is was scheduled these two teams (Baylor and Duke) very well may have been some of the worst teams in major conferences.

The more I look at it CMU won 6 games last year, so they might end up favorites vs kansas.

Are all of the schools under consideration playing a 9 game conference schedule? Adding that 9th conference game weakens non-conference matchups.

Valid Point. The Pac 12 and Big 12 play 9 game conference schedules.

Semo is "aa" and not near top of ovc

The mac teams are going to finish in bottom of mac.

The answer pretty much every year is Baylor.
