Yeah, Hud's best recruits were the guys who barely qualified (or had to get some "help" on their ACT) and he kept them secret. Napier is going after good players who seem to be good guys and is doing a good job building hype for the class. It's currently a top 6 group of 5 recruiting class behind only like Boise State, UCF, SMU, Memphis, and USF.

This has to be the best class they’ve ever signed by far. They’ll probably end up with the 60th or so ranked class. By comparison, they’re usually in the 100s. They’re gonna end up with 16 or so 3 star recruits

It will take a couple of classes to really have an effect but the this is a very good class. Last year Napier was hired 1 week before the early signing period and still managed to get some solid players. This signing class was his first full class
