They should retire Howard and Shaq's numbers, they are the top2 players in that organization's history.

Well if that's what he wants then let him have it retired. Besides, he did lead them to the finals once.

And send out a memo so that the Magic can retire Shaq's number because when he was there he lead them to the finals in '95. Don't forget the Heat since Shaq won a title there in '06.

Howard needs to mature and i wish him all the best but he will never have a career like Shaq!

you don't just retire jersey numbers for shits and giggles. neither one of them did enough in their time with the magic to really justify retiring the number. IMO, Shaq did more than Dwight did for that franchise.
