Whatever happened to Rodney Harrison? He was fantastic. He was seemingly the casualty of Brees's hire.

Haven’t followed that closely but pretty sure it’s because he initially cited his family’s military service as a reason not to kneel but later changed his mind in support of a murderer because it was the expedient and presumably profitable thing to do.

So he sold out the souls and memories of his grandfathers all for nothing. What a f*cking scumbag. I wonder if this means that he and Brittany no longer have to suck the cocks of Malcolm Jenkins and Michael Thomas?

Why? Because people like you can't let it go? He was in a lose/lose situation. Lose his teammates (who did him dirty) or lose his fans. I think it's ridiculous that people let one ridiculous year affect their overall opinion on him, but that's fine. Forever trash the man anytime his name is mentioned moving forward.

bullshite. If he would have stood up and said in that meeting, "I'm not putting that POS' name on my helmet. And I'm not fricking kneeling, either.", you know what would have happened? Not a damned thing.

Gayle and CSP would have gotten rid of every single player who so much as chirped about it. You think they would have gotten rid of the most important player in Saints history for Emmanuel Sanders or Craig Robertson?

Because they didn’t turn their backs on their belief structure.

I simply think they are dumb and disagree with them.

Drew, however, was a shameless coward.

Because Brees was so vocal about his beliefs in our Country. With many things he has done with and for our military. How he has spoken about his grandfather’s service in WWII. His personal trips to go talk and train with our soldiers. Everyone knows what his real beliefs are. But yet when he was personally attacked by liberal mobs about kneeling including his teammates who know him he buckled and kneeled down to his personal beliefs and caved to the mob. That is why he disappointed so many and no one has respect for him anymore, he isn’t a man he is a coward.

^This. A real man would've shot the double bitd and rode off into the sunset with their dignity and respect. However, this cuck pussed caved to the wokesters. Frick him and his plugs.

Also, I figured Drew would go do CFB with ESPN for a while. Do the XII's games for a while until he learns the ropes of tv then work his way up.

Drew doing color for the Big 10 am games would have been a good start. Having played at Purdue, he would have easily fit in on those broadcasts.

This is the only place where a dyed in the wool Republican can get attacked for being a libtard, so I feel that a lot of the litmus testing becomes an echo chamber when the very vocal minority led by a few persistent posters lash out on certain topics. Eating one of their own is par for the course.

I didn’t watch that game, how was he so bad? He try to be Romo with play calls and was wrong every time?

The Brees hate is very TD centric IMO. Outside of this site most people I’ve talked about it with took more issue with his teammates trashing him and the Saints doing nothing to have his back. That’s the way I feel about it too.

Very few people know what to do in the face of being called a racist. It isn't surprising Drew didn't stand his ground. The people he was trying to reason with had essentially religious belief that if you don't completely back BLM then you must be destroyed.

Drew strikes me as a guy who wasn't really political and ended up folding because he found himself in the middle of a crazy situation he wasn't expecting

Yeah if I actually saw Drew in person I'd tell him thanks for everything. I still rock his colour rush game worn jersey for the biggest games each season.

I just like calling him a cuck on TD and yelling "rabble rabble" angrily with my baws bc it's funny

Lot of cowards around here. You can't cancel a rich man like Drew Brees. He canceled himself because he has no character. If Drew Brees refuses to weather the idiot mob, there is no hope for anyone else. He failed the only test that ever truly mattered in his life. People who can still admire him or defend him after that are unserious twits who worship sports over anything else.

Remember that super bowl while you're carried off in chains to Babylon.
