Does Texas make the tourney?

Lunardi has them at a 9 seed in his latest bracketology. They are 16-13 with losses to Radford, VCU, Providence, OK state, and a historically bad blown lead against Baylor. They do have wins against Purdue and Kansas.
That being said, it seems like they shouldn't make the tourney at all, much less a 9 seed. I wouldn't be shocked to see Shaka gone after this year.

Then some other shitty team will make it in. The bubble is trash this season. There aren't even many mid-majors with good records to get screwed over on selection Sunday.

Blown leads have nothing to do with tournament selection, losing to the 34th NET team on the road isn't a bad loss at all

Their record isn't very pretty, but they deserve to be in right now.

I think they're more like a 10/11 myself, but there isn't a lot separating these bad bubble teams. You're choosing between a team with incredibly mediocre record like Texas or a team like St. John's that has 20 wins but has played a very soft schedule

OU is one of Lunardi's 10 seeds and they are 6-10 in Texas' conference and don't have the marquee wins Texas has.
