1Khabib posted "see you soon" at Dana White. Assuming he comes back for one more fight, the 30-0 chase. Could Lafayette's own get another crack at him...

In that case Khabib should go for a big payday against Colby. The buildup for that fight would be nuts.

As much as I don't like Conor, I'm always amazed at the shape he keeps himself in.
But, I don't think Khabib is coming back. And of all of the rematches I don't want to see, Kahbib/Conor is one. That fight was crap inside of the ring, and I don't see any reason that if they ran it back it would be any different.
If Khabib comes back, it's for GSP and probably GSP only, probably at a catch weight.
He already kicked Conner's arse once (although Connor did outright win a round, so that's actually a great accomplishment), and will probably only do it again out of joy of shutting him up again.
He wants 30-0. He also is too young to shut it down when all you've done your whole life is fight and train. What else is he going to do?
He had his moment grieving for his dad, but now he's probably ready to get back to kicking ass.
I hate Khabib personally, especially with that bull shite about Macron he sounded like an AL Qeida member, but his fight game is basically unbeatable.
It's not like it will be a challenge. I'd love to see him fight a few 170 guys at welterweight, but that's likely not going to happen either.

Yes. Dana needs to make this happen. I somehow think Khabib semi-ducked Tony. He doesn't have the near the wrestling skills as Khabib, but his BJJ is elite and the dude never... Ever runs out of gas.
Gaethje was fricking shot after one round of playing so much defense. Khabib gets charges and gets guys on their heels, then takes them down, wears them out and mauls them.
Tony is good on his back and simply wont stop and has an incredible submission game, us he can stand up and make a fight awkward. This fight should happen.
