Does anyone find undrafted players as well as Denver?

I mean, probably so.

Considering Denver’s lack of draft success as of late, though, it’s worth noting some of their best players have been undrafted guys picked up post-draft prior to them ever being on another team.

CJ Anderson (Super Bowl winner)
Phillip Lindsey (Pro Bowler)
Shaq Barrett (now with the TB Buccs - leads NFL in sacks)
Chris Harris Jr (All-Pro and Pro Bowler)
Alexander Johnson (current #1 ILB on PFF)

New England sacrifices 2nd round picks to get quality undrafteds, but Chris Harris Jr. being undrafted is insane.

Big AJ Johnson

Awesome to see this after what he went through during his senior year at Tennessee

He’s been balling out. Hopefully Denver locks him and Justin Simmons up for the long term.

teams who cant draft and miss on draft picks have to find players somewhere so they go after 30 or so undrafted players and walk ons and weed through them for hidden gems

Million dollar question. I feel they don’t get him the ball in space enough.

I would love to see AJ get paid. There’s no telling how much money he lost over that bullshite. He was doing pro wresting in the Knoxville area about 2 years ago just to make some money

The Saints under Sean Payton have drafted well in the later rounds and hit on some solid UDFA's.

Marques Colston (7th)
Zach Strief (7th)
Carl Nicks (5th)
Thomas Morstead (5th)

Pierre Thomas was one of the best UDFA pickups ever.

Jo'Lonn Dunbar, Lynell Hamilton, Johnathan Casillas were also UDFAs that were a part of the SB team.

Junior Gallette (even though he's a POS, UDFA)

Lance Moore (UDFA in 05, went to NFL Europe, first start with Saints in 07)

Hopefully Deonte Harris and Shy Tuttle from this year's class keep playing well. They've been impressive so far.

Also drafted Rob Ninkovich in the 5th round. He went on to have a solid career with NE.

to be fair, that's the equivalent of a first round pick when you draft a specialist before the 6th

Don’t remind me. Hoping to see Drew Lock at least take some snaps by the end of the year.

Some guys get slotted at a position, and scouting departments don’t or can’t properly research every single eligible prospect.

Harris, Jr. played all the CB positions while at Kansas. He played outside, slot, nickel, and was very good.

He was moved to free safety out of necessity in the middle of his Senior season. Someone then projects him as a FS in the pros, and his draft stock falls.

He was labeled as a decent athlete that couldn’t handle the CB position at Kansas. In reality, he was a very good tackler and and versatile DB that was forced to play FS because the Jayhawks were desperate for stability at that position.

He got fricked by the NFL's idiotic obsession with size measurables. Dude was a straight up beast at CU and it was obvious he could at minimum be a 3rd down back in the NFL

Royce Freeman is their other main back and he’s been solid as well (I have both in fantasy).
