Did the MSB decide if FSU was Jimbos or Taggarts fault?

I just remember laughing at the Bama fans last year who were pointing to the FSU win as a resume booster come playoff time

"That's a 10-win team if we don't hurt Francois!"

“You ever think we were the reason their season got derailed?”

Last year was hilarious.

It was an 8-4 or 9-3 type team if Francois doesn't get hurt.

Which would boost Alabama's resumè when comparing that to the 6 win team that everyone else counted them as.

Taggart doesn't get a pass, but Jimbo left a steaming pile of shite behind

They lost 3 games on the final possession that year
It’s not that unreasonable to say that they could have gone 8-4

What’s 10 minus 8?

If it’s not 0, it’s not the same.

It's not unreasonable to say they could have gone 3-9. They were fortunate to beat Wake, Duke, and Cuse

Oh I agree they were probably at best top 20-25 that year. To go to either extreme and say that with Francois they were a top 3 team or say that their season wasn’t effected by the injury are equally assanine

Yes it took a couple of weeks to figure out FSU was not top 10 material last year.

The Loss to Bama, Hurricane postponement and the Bama hangover effect took care of them the first three weeks. After that, they did a pretty good job of playing poorly all by themselves.

That’s what I thought. Just beat up on an ACC schedule to achieve that
And stay in the top 15–20 on reputation and past performance.

Jimbo may have left things a bit untidy. But Taggart's next 10 wins season will be his 2nd.

He better keep having top 5 recruiting classes to turn it around. Unless the FSA admin gets off the checkbook. They screwed Jimbo limiting him to Sunbelt pay for his assistants.

Boy did Jimbo make off like a got damn bandit. Ran Florida State into the ground, jumps ship and is now stealing $75 mil from Texas A&M

So you're saying Sunbelt programs are in the top 10 in assistant pay? Jimbo wouldn't fire Rick Trickett, and got Charles Kelly a raise and extension.

A&M should have hired chad morris to a 3 year deal worth a little over 8 million dollars in total and a clause that lets A&M out of the deal at the conclusion of every single year if we wanted to
