He would be the only RB in the history of the NFL to achieve that. Right now he's well on his way. If he continues down his current path, he will finish the year with 2,100+ rushing yards and 17 touchdowns.

I was told he’d be a bust because of he ran behind bama’s Oline.

I’m surprised AP never accomplished that

I want ty think his body will eventually start to wear down but he's such a freak of nature that I don't know when it'll happen. How many more seasons does he need to play around this level to enter the all time conversation? Not GOAT but one of the best

Are we sure he’s better than Fournette though?

I think it’s time to let out friend Pride off the hook.

If I can do it, everyone should be able to

He really benefited from not having a high workload his first few years in the league. Bama put a lot of carries on him.

He had a rough start to his NFL career, but now, he’s headed to the hall of fame

Assuming he finishes this season strong with a 1500 yard, 15 TD as predicted. As long as he has another solid year next year with at least 1200 yards and 10 touchdowns. He'll definitely be in the conversation as one of the all-time greats.

Dalvin Cook and Leonard Fournette had more touches in college than Derrick Henry did.

Didn't he have like 100 more carries than Fournette in 2015? Fournette played made up all those touches since he was starting somewhere halfway through his freshman year I guess.

If Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt didn’t split carries, They’d each be leading the NFL in rushing yds.

I'm a Titans fan and an enthusiastic supporter of Henry but he's going to have to do more than that for longer to enter the all time convo.

He's a freak but he's below average in a lot of RB metrics like receiving, adjustments, pass protection, elusiveness, etc. He's basically a throwback player going against defenses that are built to contain modern versatile, wide open offenses. But he's fun to watch and has the potential to continue doing some special things.

Did he though? I remember he split carries with Murray early on but I never remember him being bad.
