Dear ESPN: Please stop the LeBron James Jr coverage

Today on ESPN.com (mobile) we had at least 3 articles/videos focused on a freshman who isn’t even the best player on his team. Please stop

And yet, that’s the problem with the media landscape today. It’s not about newsworthiness. It’s about clicks. It makes business sense, but from a journalism standpoint, LeBron James’ son is not news.
