Also, Uber if you don't have a parking spot. The MLB really bones us with day games since the stadium is in downtown. God speed to anyone travel thru downtown around 6

Has Sale really not faced the Astros yet this season?

This is going to be a fascinating game IMO.

Obviously I love the Astros to win the series, but Sale could be an incredible equalizer if he's masterful for 2 games here...

I would have preferred Jabroni over Gregerson but whatever. Excellent roster

It all rests on Sale and Pom for the Sox. Sale is the literal definition of an Ace and Pom has the ability to pitch like a mid tier #1/upper echelon #2. That being said, Pom has been fading (this is the most innings he's ever pitched in a year) and his FB has lost 3 or 4 MPH since the beginning of the year.

The Sox lineup is extremely high variance. If Jackie Bradley gets hot, he's a top 5 hitter in baseball. If he's slumping he's a bottom 5 hitter in baseball. Xander is similar, but refuses to hit for power even though he's got it. Mookie has been pretty meh this season at the plate, and Hanley Ramirez is just not an everyday MLB player at this point.

While we have a a little while, what were some of your favorite moments from the regular season?

For me, the top moment was Marwin's 8th inning grand slam vs. the Rangers in early May. Astros had been down 5-0 earlier in the game and the slam finally put them on top. I think this is the game where the Astros announced that they were not going to be the Rangers' bitch this year and that they were for real.

A couple of others:

--Kinda random, but Marwin's homer vs. the Orioles when he pinch hit for Moran after Moran fouled the pitch off of his face. Marwin came in cold off the bench, shaken as was everyone else due to the gruesome injury to his teammate, had like a 10 pitch AB, then crushed one out onto the street.

--The 11 run 8th inning vs. Minnesota that turned an 8-2 deficit into a 13-8 lead and eventual victory. Just further evidence that the Astros bats were no joke....
