I sure hope so. I know this won't be popular, but I'd roll with: Kuechal, Verlander, McHugh, Morton, Fiers as my rotation. Move McCullers into the closers role since he can't stay healthy and his plus stuff would play up with less innings.

We were scouting his last start which was August 4, so after the deadline. Don't know why they would be doing that if they weren't at least interested.

Problem w/ LMJ in that role is that he always struggles with the first few batters he faces. The 1st inning is always trouble.

The move has to be done. It shores up both the rotation and pen by getting Peacock back to the pen.
Give peacock the 8th right now IMO. Harris comes back the Peacock-Harris-Giles.

Liriano with 2 losses in 2 appearances.
I predict we hit off of Stroman, but I also predict the bullpen loses it.
A good effort by Fiers in 6 IP and solid run production, but bullpen loses this one.

We gonna win today baws. I have a great feeling. Not sure why Bregman is batting 7th though considering he's probably our best hitter right now.
