Or run out of the dugout pissed off to deflect from Altuve and take the ejection that HAD to happen for arguing balls and strikes. That simply requires a manager to have a clue about the situation and awake at the time.

Let's not assume Altuve hitting in the 9th would've changed the outcome of the game.

It probably wouldn't have. But we'd all damn sure love to have Altuve batting there with the tying run on base instead of Marwin.

Right. But that's like 4th on the list of reasons we lost behind
1) shite hitting
2) bad relief pitching
3) Lucroy and Beltran

It is getting really hard to listen to these post game loss interviews. What hinch just said about altuve's ejection just proved how much of a pussy he is.

A Devo 4 pitch walk that scored and Sipp giving up a HR had much more to do with us losing than literally anything else.

And one more thing that's been pissing me off, our relievers are shite at holding base runners. Stealing on Devo, Harris, Gregerson is a gimme

Does that make Hinch's clear management failings in this game any less terrible? That's deflection.

In fact, we know this team has holes and weaknesses AND we're playing the team we are supposedly chasing. That means the manager cannot be a net negative in a close game we need to win.

Are we letting Fister walk after this season? He's been really solid for us and is a great 4/5

So what are the chances Yugoslavia Guillotine comes up and hits like .220 with a billion strikeouts? It would be a pretty Astros thing to do.

TCB has a bunch of fanboys, there's no denying that. AC & LTT are probably just sick of people ranting in their mentions on Twitter AC knows his baseball so don't hate on him for "trusting the process"

Luhnow is clearly banking on career-year Valbaw to come back at the same rate and Best Cuban Ever to excel right away to save the offense.

One thing is for sure. George springer better get his head out of his arse at the plate. When he's hitting we are a different team. He's better than he's showing. He needs to be hitting at a .280 clip at least. Stop swinging for the fences. He's got too much Gomez in his swing.

Bregman will be entrenched at third by the time Cubaw arrives. DH him if he's worthy.
