When is Carlito coming back?

Day 20 of the JD Davis reign of terror
Posted on 8/25/17 at 11:49 am to Jwho77
Day 145: All hope has been lost. Despair has painted it's shade of gray over all things. All that we can count on is double plays, errors and baserunning blunders. The DAT has grown weary. MSU's smile has started to fade. We haven't seen Prom in weeks. I fear that Ryno has succumb to his demons. He belongs to the wild now. I've begun to question whether I belong there too. Our foolish longing for the happier times we previously knew continues to carry us foward. I pray that we arrive in Oregon with a full wagon and 2 oxen.

The unbalance of the DAT has thrown us all off. Without prom we have to external force to fight ryno.

I believe the composite of what I have heard is that he starts rehab in Fresno tonight and that he thinks he needs about 25-30 AB to get ready to return to the big club.

Bregman is the sole light in the darkness right now

I liked your "pointless button", but this one might have been more appropriate:

After the nice comeback in the 9th last night, I think that we'd all be feeling much better about things had we not just turned right around and handed it to them.

I am happy with Clippard. Even though he was the loser last night, that was just a shitty inning all around with a bunt hit, the clusterfrick with the HBP being overturned, then the wild pitch on the K.

Pitching has been great lately

Bregman will lead us to the promised land. What's done is done. The time for negativity is over. It's all been said and has all happened just as I said it would. Now it's time to rise from the ashes. WE are the ones who knock. WE are the danger. We are the hurricane and all Other teams are squarely in the path of totality. Alex will be the one.

He started his rehab in Fresno LAST night. He went 1 for 3 with 2 RBI's (a single and a SF). Made several plays in the field.
They expect him to be in Fresno for about a week. But if Altuve misses any time, I expect Carlos to be back very quickly.
LMJ, Sipp, Feliz are all scheduled to pitch tonight.

Any really recent news on Altuve? Is his neck stiffness anything serious?

Altuve is listed as day to day.

frick you Ryno.
This team is the Titanic as long as Davis is still here.
The time for negativity stops when Davis can go anywhere but Houston.

Watching Harvey and seeing the forecast, Houston may be a complete flooding mess in a few days. The Astros may have to swap three game series remaining with the Rangers and play in Arlington next week.
