Seems like every one of our relievers wants to throw at least one ball in every batter's sweet spot.

Mariners using Vincent and Diaz 4 days in a row. It is nice to have 15.5 or 16.5 game division lead

Imagine if this was a playoff game....how puckered would you be with Giles out there? I don't know why I don't have more faith..just don't.

Cmon Giles, you have to put it somewhere near the plate.

You've seen him pitch regularly.

Giles just labors so hard with so many hitters. He rarely has easy innings

This was an exception but he almost gave up a bomb

I'm still amazed at what we gave up to get him here.

Hell of an inning by Giles. The heart of the mariners lineup is solid.

That swing scared me. Looked like a mirror image of his swing against devo. Same spot. Glad to have seen the camera pan to bregman instead of reddick.

That will be an interesting deal to look back on. It's the only deal I was pissed about when Luhnow made it but none of the guys we've sent have set the world on fire

Yeah but aren't his stats pretty good for closers? It's irrational I know..maybe it's ptsd from 2005 and the similarities.
