Aw man Tuve just missed it, that was a hittable pitch just couldn’t barrel it
Didn’t work out but nice to see bottom of the lineup battle and turn it over to the top

That was a great pitch to hit and he just missed it. Would much rather have him fire at that then take it for the sake of adding 5 pitches. Cole isn't gonna give you a better pitch to hit than that

Ehh, understand what you are saying but elite guys you have to take a pass at the most hittable pitches with scoring opportunities. Cole’s fate is sealed already with his pitch count 4 more pitches that at bat with Tuve flailing at a 92 mph slider off the plate isn’t going to change anything

with a full bullpen I lean yes, but with the quickest of leashes. If this were a typical Javi start where he’s battling his command I’d probably turn it over to the pen.
