Nothing like a matchup of aces on a Friday night.

Happy opening day of College Baseball Regionals for all those that celebrate

Math quiz for the DAT:

Three drunk guys stumble into a bus station.

Bus station attendant says, "where y'all going?"

They all slur through the same response, "As far away as our cash will take us."

The squirrelly looking older drunk guy says, "I only have the same amount of money as the number of times the Astros struck out on June 2."

Bus attendant says, "wow. That's quite a bit. you may go far."

Next guy, the youngest, who had gotten piss drunk off of Zima's and Zinfandell (one each), exclaims, "well I have the same amount as the number of times there was a meltdown about Jose Abreu and Rafael Montero in the 6/2 DAT thread"

Bus attendant says, "shite, you could probably buy a bus."

Last guy, the stocky flat bill wearing guy who clearly had drunk the most and had uncaringly pissed his pants a wee little bit, but otherwise appeared sober to the untrained eye exclaims, "Well I have 2 dollars more than the number of times 'It was never winnable' was said in the DAT on 6/2!!"

Who travels farthest and where did he end up?

He obviously ended up in Cincinnati.

It’s a trick question.

They were already in Cincinnati.

ETA: which one of you drunkards downvoted my math problem?

It's a trick question. CK Greinke showed up from around a corner and murdered all of them, all the while mumbling something about sending them to the same hell he send Joe Biagini to...

Mates I'm so excited for all of you who get to see the great Shohei Ohtani in action tonight. I have not yet had the privilege and am very happy for you.

Also excited to report that I landed Frambaw to my Tap Sports baseball squadron.

I watched it last year and the only exciting thing was Altuve drew a walk in the 1st. It was all downhill after that. I expect more of the same tonight.

Whitley is out 3-4 months. It's June.

So he's effectively out for the year. So he wraps up year 8 of his minor league career with 30 innings pitched and a 5.70 ERA.

Love this version of Breggy

That might have been the worst baserunning blunder of the year from Yed
