Miley is a ground ball pitcher so of course we trot Diaz back out. Brantley of course needs a rest. Only one lefty bat

I’m choosing to look at the positive of that lineup... no Big Fat at DH.

I’m choosing to believe that Diaz and his noodle arm can make a half-decent throw from second.

Hunch still thinks it’s spring training and the games don’t count. Or maybe it’s an early April fools joke?

Brantley has been Mr. Glass for most of his career, so giving him a rest day isn't the end of the world.

Is that a Correa in the lineup? Or did we sign another Correa not consistently abused by Miss Texas?

His track record says he's a halfway decent bat. Let's hope we see that today.

AJ says get used to it. Said hes going to regularly rest guys this year and make sure theres gas in the tank down the stretch. I guess given the fact that injuries tanked us last year, hes got a point. Brantley and Correa are injury prone, Springer always misses a week or two with injuries, Altuve has a bionic knee and Bregs has a repaired elbow.

If it's meant to be, they'll get hurt anyway. The extra rest doesn't prevent stuff like an injured knee on the bag, a pulled hammy legging out a grounder or whiplash from violent foreplay with Miss Texas.

And we are usually really good in the final third of the season. Lack of rest isn't the reason Altuve and Correa were injured last year.

New Keuchel is replicating all the first inning struggles of Old Keuchel.

Welp. A run already in on Miley. Same as keuchel. Get in trouble. Get two outs and look like you’re gonna get out of it and then give up the hit that scores a run.
