Do you think he has what it takes and he could end up being Romo's permanent replacement?

No. He wasn't even that good of a college QB and has absolutely no accuracy on his passes. Expect him to be out of the league in 3-4 years

Nope.

But likely anyone with a pulse will better than Kellen Moore or Brandon Weeden.

If only Harambe didn't go down. He'd be the next man up.

I hope so. I think he has the arm but can he understand complex NFL offense and read keys quickly, unlike what he did at MSU. Best thing for him is he probably will not see the field for 2 years.

Are you basing this off college performance or summer practice? Because his stats say that he was an accurate passer his last couple years at State.

I think he would make a pretty good HBack if he's willing to give that a try if QB doesn't pan out.

Because he was in a horizontal offense

That doesn't work in the NFL..at least not for a net gain

A Quarterback being drafted in the first round of the draft doesn't guarantee that they'll be great but a Quarterback taken later than the third round almost guarantees that they'll be below average. Almost every great QB in the league was taken at the very front of the draft.

He's definitely a project, but I think he can work his way into being pretty serviceable over the next 3-4 years if he works his arse off.

Brady's, who's quite possibly the GOAT QB, was taken in the 6th round.

You look at those guys that overcame those odds and they all had high character, just like Dak (other than the DUI slip-up this year). I'm rooting for him.
