Fus did help teach another valuable lesson. The great things about alternative lines is you could have gotten SD St +12.5 +320 at one point.

Since this has opened in La, I must’ve played 15 parlays. Haven’t won a single one. 12 of those was short 1 leg. Tonight alone I missed 3 because of 1 leg, including a 4 team, and a 12 team. Safe to say I’m going to stick to fights and football from now on.

It’s not an all or nothing like the parlay. You can win different legs of it. Try it out next time with a small bet

If you’re doing a parlay, the alternate line is your friend. You can move the line 10 pts either way sometimes. The odds are less which means less money but it’s easier to hit. For example tonight, I did BI over 20 pts, Jokic over 20pts and Pels +15.5. The actual line was Pels +5.5. I wasn’t sure if the Pels would cover +5.5 but I was damn sure they wouldn’t lose by 16 or more points. You’ll win more games hitting singles rather than swinging for the fences (this is not a proven fact, it just sounded nice)
