Miami added a win vs a conference opponent with a winning record while Clemson had a top 25 win become no more (NC State fell out)

I guess?

They must have had Clemson and Miami as a razor thin margin

Ohio State potentially moving from 8 (if Bama beats Auburn) to 4 would be one of the biggest MSB melts of all time.

I'm starting to think a 12-1 Miami should scare Ohio State fans

ETA: It's 11-1 Miami. They had a game cancelled.

Saying 12-1 is just an easier way to express the scenario where Miami loses in the ACC Championship game.

Poor Wisconsin. 11-0 and not in playoffs if it were today.

I think Miami will stay ahead of them at 12-1. It’d be one thing if Ohio State had two close losses, but two blowouts will be their downfall.

Because this committee of "experts" are a bunch of kangaroos who have no fricking clue what they're going by on a week to week basis.

They set a precedent in which anyone can fake injuries if they really wanted to stay up in the rankings in games they know they're going to lose.

It's shitty.

In a long season where injuries mount up it’s bs Miami plays one less game than everyone else. Game was on the road.. other schools in Florida played on the road no problem

Will be interesting to see what happens if Clemson, Oklahoma, Georgia, and Ohio State win out. The first three would all obviously be in.

Who gets in between Alabama, Ohio State, and Miami in this scenario? Might depend on whether Alabama loses to Auburn, or if they beat Auburn and then lose to Georgia.

ESPN has been setting up Ohio state to get in for two weeks now. Shameful, they have proven they are a fraud
