Do all major colleges have access to the best doctors? I'm watching the espn Nerlins segment and I was wondering if Joe Blow as a walk on would get the same treatment or if this has to do with agents or something else.

Each major college has their go-to Orthopedic group. LSU uses Surgical Specialty Center on Bluebonnet and the group consisting of Bankston, Winder, etc..
