And one of them will probably slip into the playoff based on name and get blown out. Clemson barely beat GT. Their schedule is cake so they’ll probably be shoed in and that really sucks.

Clemson’s defense is good. Their offense is arse. I wouldn’t put them in. I question if they are even a top 10 team right now.

Weird. I feel the same way about Ohio State. The only good thing is that they’re really young and the freshmen came to play.

Yup all the usual playoff teams (OU, ND, and even Alabama) have some obvious weaknesses. I’d say UGA is the most complete team right now but this year seems wide open thus far.

Uiagalelei and Stroud have been incredibly disappointing for the hype they had. You can also throw in Rattler.

Bryce Young is the only one of these "next big thing" QBs that has looked the part so far.

Oklahoma sucks too.

Who is actually good besides Alabama and Georgia (if their offense shows up)? Florida made it interesting today but I see other losses on their schedule.

At least one of Ohio St, Oklahoma, Clemson, and Oregon will make the playoff. Maybe three of them.

Just not too many very good teams this year.

If OU looks bad and Oregon drops a game somewhere this playoff is going to be arse.

Clemson has the talent to be a top 5 team this year. Our defense is good and looks to be better than the last two seasons. The offense is the problem and one problem has led into a combination of problems. The only way I saw Clemson have a possibility of getting in the playoffs after the UGA loss was blowing out everybody left on the schedule. That doesn’t look like it will happen. Dabo and Elliot has some explaining to do on how shitty the offense has been.

Hey our offense and your defense might make a good team.

At this juncture, who goes in ahead of them in your opinion?

Ohio State won’t make the playoff this year. Too young and not good enough. We’ll probably slip in the rankings after this performance. This might be the year Harbaugh get his win over us. Lol

If Clemson has a chance it’s going to be no mistake defense with some old school score more than the other guy offense with a bit of luck.

This season is already a few close calls from being 2007 all over again.

If the ACC was even halfway decent, Clemson might be looking at a few more L's.

But it’s not decent. So Clemson will back into the playoff as a mediocre team.

Havent seen Clemson yet but tOSU is certainly a disappointment. 4 and 5 star talent all over that roster and the defense is freaking awful. Offense has its moments and can score points but there is no excuse for a defense that performs as poorly as ours given the personnel.

Clemson is the total opposite. Offense hasn’t had any moments. Defense still hasn’t allowed a TD this season.

Bryce wasn't Bama's problem. He looks very much like early Tua but better. A few key dropped passes hurt. Bama's problem was only getting three possessions in the second half due to a defense that was out schemed big time.
