You get a nice reaction to LeBron doing hammer curls?

Not surprised.

Bro, you fanbois are so mad he’s surpassed him as a player while ending his last title reign.

It’s akin to the Kobe clan being getting upset when LeBron passed him.

It’s hilarious.

I’m just here to call you cucks out.

Who cares about KDs actions more than LeBron fans trying to prop up the former best player in the world?

Regardless, we know the Giannis train is about to pick up about half of y’all.

It’s more like you’re so mad that Kevin Durant has never been completely recognized as the best player in the world, because he hasn’t been.

And he probably never will be.

Ask Pat Beverly among others

Before he tore his calf, that was the narrative of the playoffs.

But LeFans are mad that he stomped out any more titles for James.

James is the most popular player of his generation, no question, but Durant’s been better than for at least 3 years.

He’ll have maybe two more years as the man, & then it will be Kawhi, Giannis, Embiid or someone else for a little while.

It happens, but when you sell a lot of shoes, your fans stay with you to the end.

This reminds me of Stephen A. Smith calling out LeBron, Skip on Aikman, etc.

Yes. Yes it is. Anyone can DM a twitter or insta account while a person has to give you their phone number if you want to text them. It's far more personal and implies a much higher level of trust and respect.

I would agree in most situations. If it was a random fan and Durant talking back and forth for some period of time then him not having a number is an issue.

CB is an "established journalist/analyst" at a huge media empire. He's respected in the industry so in THIS situation, i don't think it's an issue

Harden and Curry both got votes for firsrt team all defense this year. What 1 or 2 people think is irrelevant. There’s a reason I said completely recognized.

There are plenty of people saying the warriors are better without Durant. How can someone be the best player in the world if people are saying his team is better without him?

He had a phenomenal 5 game stretch.

Meanwhile the warriors, the undisputed best team in the league, were 6-4 with him in the playoffs and 5-0 without him. That’s not counting the game he got hurt, where the warriors outscored the rockets after he left the game.

Kawhi has been the undisputsble best and most important player for the duration of the playoffs up to this point.

No, not really. Lebron fans seem pretty content that his resume speaks for itself.

quote:

James is the most popular player of his generation, no question

He’s also the best player of his generation, no question

quote:

but Durant’s been better than for at least 3 years.

Just a straight up lie. This is the first season people can definitively say Durant was better.

quote:

He’ll have maybe two more years as the man,

He’s had 0 years as the man, and he won’t have any going forward.

quote:

then it will be Kawhi, Giannis, Embiid or someone else for a little while.

As of this year Giannis is officially in the conversation.

People forgot about kawhi because of the injury, but the playoffs have officially put him in the conversation.

Curry is proving why he’s still in the conversation in the last 21 quarters he’s played.

Harden will continue to be in the conversation as long as keeps putting up ridiculous numbers.

And Lebron could potentially rejoin the conversation after his terrible year this year.

At no point has Kevin Durant been completely recognized as the best basketball player in the world. And he likely never will be.

So you think Durant is better than Jordan too?

And getting back to the original point, you insist on bringing up lebron’s name in every thread, even when he hasn’t been mentioned previously.

You legit do need to seek help

I think it’s fair to say that thus far in their careers, Kawhi has been more important to his teams than KD has been to his.

Is that fair?

I also think we could name ~49 players in the history of basketball that were also more important to their teams than KD has been thus far in his career.

Cut my man some slack.

He and I are in a continuing kindergarten fight over KD and Lebron right now.

KD has to stay. Imagine being the actual MAN on a team. The media will eat him alive if they start losing and i would be concerned with his well-being.

How is that an L? Calling it texting isn't correct. You can say it all you want, but DMing someone isn't the same as texting and it's weird to call it that. It implies you know the person well enough to have their number, not just slide into their DMs.

Its definitely debatable, but its not at all crazy to consider DMs/PMs to be a form of 'text messaging'.

and the overall message doesnt change. they have communicated. maybe its not in the way that broussard initially suggested, but it doesnt change anything that they have had direct communication with one another

In the literal sense, sure, it's messaging by text.

Text messaging refers to sms between cell phone services, not a DM.

Broussard specifically said text to imply he was closer to KD than he is. Y'all can't deny that.
