Watching MLB pregame and noticed Indians sporting the Chief Wahoo logo still...didn't they retire it within the past few years? Have they brought it back? If so I may have to root for the Tribe just for having the balls to not give in to SJW's.

It's not as prominent on their uniforms as it used to be but it is still on the sleeves IIRC. Their caps now have the script "C" instead of the chief.

Right I remember this and thought it was ridicilious. However, I think I read they've been wearing the Chief Wahoo hats for all their playoff games so far this year which is awesome.

Yeah, I think Wahoo is technically their alternate hat now and they've worn that during the playoffs. Most merchandising sticks with the block C though.
The club has handled any potential outrage over the logo marvelously IMO. They've gradually phased Wahoo into the background without completely retiring him.

Wahoo is fricking awesome... No different than the fighting leprechaun of ND... Both are legends and should never be retired.

Chief Wahoo is an unequivocally racist caricature, and it will be one of those things where in 25 years people will use it to illustrate how hilariously backwards we were in these "modern" times.

The fighting leprechaun is a white though.whites aren't as important so you can't be offended by it
