First time back in Cleveland since the World Series. Cubs (10-9) and the Indians (12-8) meet for a quick two game series.

Go Cubs Go

Anybody else think it's getting to the point where Addi needs to start hitting or we look to move him for a pitcher.

The dude's ceiling since he's been with the Cubs is like .240 and honestly, we have a better defensive shortstop on the roster right now. If he can't crack .240 and the power numbers are not realiable (and they have not been), I don't see any reason to keep trotting him out there as a starter every day.

We don’t really need him to hit, and let’s face it he’s not keeping Baez on the bench. I actually prefer his steadiness. I think it’s a wash defensively

He showed such promise with the power numbers I just figured he’d be able to hit for average being a smaller guy but so far that’s a no.

I also think he’s got better range than Baez just not the rocket launcher right arm.

He’s pretty clutch too.

I like what he brings enough to keep him around and hope he gets even better.

I'd like to personally thank Tomlin for allowing the Cubs to get out of their funk.

Starting to hit a decent stride.

If the bats keep this up even half the time, this team will win a ton of games
