Dumb and dumber. Chargers belong in SD

They'll sell out their first 2-3 games and there will be a minimum of 15,000 empty seats thereafter. LA doesn't care.

Rams had the 2nd highest per game attendance this season.
Gonna need more than "LA doesn't care" speculation.

They averaged around 83,000 per game. The Coliseum holds 93,000. The LA metro area has a population of around 13,000,000. There's no excuse for a new team with all of the hype around them to average 10,000 empty seats per game. Bringing in another franchise basically guarantees more empty seats.
Their percentage of seats filled was second worst in the league. Only San Diego was worse. LINK

83k sells out every single NFL stadium. So they averaged a sellout of the largest NFL stadium and you say LA doesn't care? That's bananas.

And we get Vegas. fricking A.
This all but assures the Raiders of Vegas relocation.

Drop a 93,000 seat stadium in Green Bay or Pittsburgh and it would sell out with the quickness. I don't need to tell you how much smaller the populations of Green Bay and Pittsburgh are than metro LA.

Except it doesn't sell out their stadium which is what matters.

Maybe. Maybe not.
The fact of the matter is the fricking shithole Rams averaged 83k people, 2nd highest in the league, and you say LA doesn't care.
I don't feel like having an argument with an irrational poster tonight. Been having too many of those recently. Have a good one.

This is good for general sports fans.
Keep prices down for NFL and TV viewership.
Because two teams in L.A. will fail.
And the NFL will finally realize they can't just swing their big dick in people's faces and expect $$$$.
I think it's awesome the #2 biggest market in America has for years told the biggest sport in America...
To go frick themselves.

It may be different with the Rams when they get their new 70,000 seat stadium, but I remember Carroll's last USC team playing their final home game in a half empty Coliseum when they were 8-4.

LA can't support 2 teams. This will be a disaster
