might as well wait for a huge job rather than somewhere like MSU in my opinion, but im not in that position obviously so no idea how hard it is to turn down.

cincy is as good as it gets for tier 2-3 jobs where there's a good talent pool, reasonable expectations, and enough money to make it worth your while. plus you can make the jump from cincy to the elite job, you don't need another stepping stone.

problem is that those elite jobs are slim pickings and hardly ever open up
