Case for PP7 to safety?

I don't think his skills have diminished or that he can't still play great at corner, but I think he can have an Eric Berry/Earl Thomas type impact as a safety but with today's offensive concepts the era of the pure shut down corner is pretty much over.
Anyone else concur?
Him playing center field with Tyrann in the box ala Thomas/Chancellor?

He's athletic enough he could probably play linebacker if he wanted to. That being said, a true shut down corner is still more valuable than a safety.

Why would you move a shutdown corner to safety? That's just stupid.
Having him be a shutdown corner cab free up a safety to help the other side of the field.

Let him go a few more years til he starts wearing down then pull a Charles Woodson move and go to safety.

Bc he could affect the entire field with his instincts instead of just focusing on covering one person. Defenses with shutdown corners still require good safety pay to be successful because there are 4 other receivers or another half of the fields to cover

Shutdown corners are more valuable. You would be moving him to a less valuable position.

Let's take the best player in the league at a very important position, and move him to a less important position that he's never played before. That definitely makes sense.
