Not like he had to do much to be any better. 1 drive was all they needed or don’t be stupid in the red zone. Cam wasn’t even a running threat last night b/c he was scared of his shoulder. Saints D is improved but what great offense have they shut down. They leave plays to be had.

Unless Kaep spends most every minute of the next 12 months eating or being in a gym, he would get absolutely broken in half in an RPO offense.
I get it... Carolina fans have plenty of reason to go crazy. 6 game losing streak, Cam is hurt and probably a net negative to the offense at this time.

Dumb frick, I never said Kaep was a great QB. Go back and watch the game without your Saints glasses on and see how back Cam was. He couldn’t put anything on a pass. Anything besides a screen pass and he couldn’t even put a spiral on the ball. It’s like he was shotputting it. And that’s from a guy who has one of the strongest arms in the league. I hate Kaep as much as anyone but to act as though Cam even gave Carolina a Chance last night is a joke.
He did complete 60% of his passes and threw for 400 yards against the Saints 2 years ago.

Josh Johnson hadn't played in over 5 years and got his 1st NFL win as a starter for the Skins and has nearly a 100 passer rating. Colin is far more accomplished in this League and has more recent NFL Action than Johnson.
Silly Speculation ,but Kaepernick couldn't do any worse than the 0-6 Cam has put up.

Didn’t need Kaep to win the 1st meeting, Kyla Allen would’ve done the job. Don’t give me that preseason lineup bullshite either. The whole Saints D started the game and were on the field for 3 straight drives of 75+ yards all resulting in TD’s. He certainly could’ve led them on 1 scoring drive 2 weeks ago.
