"What we don’t know is how Allen replied to Gruden. Was he sympathetic? Did he chastise Gruden? Did he respond with a LOL? Depending on his response, Allen, who was fired in 2019, should never again be allowed to work in the NFL."

This why you should not give an inch on this shite. The victims are not benevolent, once you give in they will lay waste to everything until they are the ones in power.

This is important, especially since the investigation is actually about Washington.

I don't think this was a concern even before this got leaked. Allen was already finished in the NFL.

However, now the NFLPA is pushing to have ALL of the e-mails released. I don't know if or how they can force the issue but, if they succeed, that should be pretty fun. Why settle for the scalps of coaches when we can have run down owners and league execs? Allen was pretty connected back in the day.

Every Washington fan alive is hoping this somehow brings down Snyder. He got little more than a slap on the wrist a few months back.

I am curious how many people would be defending him if he said bad things about trump instead of biden

If he would’ve said bad things about Trump no one would’ve reported it

His performance as the GM of the football franchise in Washington will be more than enough to keep him from working in the NFL again.

We wouldn’t fricking care, he’s just be another person in the 1,000’s of talking heads/celebrities.

This will be fun, 75% of NFL players are probably homophobes

I just meant that those particular lines would not be reported. He would definitely still be fricked due to the other stuff.

gruden is gonna burn down all their shite over this

think about it, he has been around long enough to know all the dirt and being an announcer has given him even more opportunity to get the behind the scenes secrets no one wants exposed.

now that they made sure he can never coach again or have another announcer position, no espn, no mnf, what exactly is going to keep him from exposing all their dirty underwear in public and i for one cant wait for it.

gruden is a maga DGAF type of guy as it is, and this targeted attack from goodell, is like they set fire to his house and shot his dog. i expect him to release scorched earth on the NFL for doing this to him.

And then what does Bruce Allen’s wife know about it and how did she respond?

I know it sounds crazy, but I don't think Gruden is done forever (at least as far as announcing). If he lays low and shuts up, I could see him back on the air in a few years.

Portnoy should pay him to come over and burn it all down right now, though.

Did they know that Gruden held these views? Did they pass them off, as Donald Trump did

That’s not a subtle dog whistle. That’s him sounding the alarm for progressives to come support his opinion, and drown out anyone that so much as questions him.

The reality is that the NFL, for all of its attempts to move forward, has been revealed as a regressive organization populated by white men who hold views about race and power that are antithetical to progress and enlightenment.

Umm, is he aware how much free publicity and money the NFL is throwing at woke organizations? And how much of that is being funneled back up the ladder?
Has he ever been in a NFL locker room? The 9th grade topics of discussion are the lowest common denominator, and about as far from enlightened as possible.

Are there any players involved in this at all? I didn’t get that impression at all.

Snyder is the NFL version of Jeffrey Epstein. You better believe he got dirt on everybody which is why nobody wants to take him down.
