Can Carmelo Anthony win a NBA championship with CP3 and Rockets?

Can new Houston Rockets player Carmelo Anthony finally win a NBA championship in 2019 with Chris Paul, James Harden and the Houston Rockets?
The Rockets were the West's top seed in 2017-18, but didn't win the ultimate goal.
Can the Rockets win with Melo? The West is competitive, the Warriors can't win every year.
The Rockets can beat the 76ers or the Celtics.

The actual question is whether Harden and CP3 can win a NBA championship in spite of Melo?

Next question

Nope. Houston is in for a rude awakening. They lost the heart and soul of their team in Luc and Trevor. Cp3 is damaged goods, Harden has a mental block and Melo makes them much worse. Houston will be fortunate to win 45 games next year if they play Melo any more than 10 minutes a game.

And his questions are always dumb. Can the #1 seed from the year before, who had a 3-2 series lead on th best team in the NBA before losing their best player, win a championship? Sure, It’s possible though I’m taking GSW till they actually do lose, but I can see HOU winning.

Yea I fail to see how anyone thinks Melo from Ariza is going to be a net positive.
Melo wasn't even a great scorer last year.
I can't wait to watch this shite fail.

Nah, I would take the Warriors and Celtics over them for sure.

If you added him to what they had last year, maybe.
But they're worse now than they were last year with the losses on the defensive end.

Doesn't matter how well he fits in, no one is beating the Warriors next year.
