Project is estimated to be around $65 million.

Same. Hopefully they upload the official renderings up to the web.
But it’s worth noting that upper deck seating is about 1/5th of the current upper deck. So I believe we’re smartly reducing capacity and it’ll disperse the usual seemingly-sparse upper deck crowd throughout the lower bowl. All while generating more money through the added suites.
