Well he was considered extremely raw but yeah not good by year 2 he couldn't even make it competitive against Siemien

If Chad Kelly grows up, he has the tools to be a decent NFL QB. Great arm, solid athleticism.
I mean, he talks like a hood rat, but we have other successful QBs in the league that talk like that too.

Based upon just listing to him at times you could probably say the same thing about Jameis Winston. Now Winston hasn't set the world on fire yet with Tampa, but he hasn't looked bad. Certainly better than Siemian
