Big 10 needs OSU to play for the title. Get some life into the conference. First non SEC team in what feels like forever, and the final BCS...they want a shot. You want your conference attached to that.

And yet the conference would make a LOT more money having two teams in the BCS, which would certainly put the odds in Michigan State's favor.

The funniest thing about the Urban hate is that any fan base would welcome him whole heartedly if he was their coach. Ohio State fans absolutely hated this guy when he was at Florida, but that's not the case anymore.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, if Meyer were to go on a Florida type run and win 2 titles in 5-7 years, I wouldn't care if he left OSU in the shitter for a decade. All people care about is titles. No one remembers teams who win Cap One Bowls or even Fiesta Bowls...only 1 thing matters at the top programs
Edit: Obviously I don't condone criminals etc, but I haven't seen many acts that have really been criminal like since he has arrived at OSU. The thing with Hyde was a little overblown it seems, and he was suspended for 3 games. I think it this game was against Purdue, Hall sits. But it is for a shot to win it all, so the rules will be bent (does no one remember the cheap shot Bama got away with last year and him not being suspended for the bowl game?)
