Bob Evans drops their endorsement deal with Meyer

It's rather silly companies have to do this so quickly, like is Bob Evans seriously giving a thumbs up to domestic violence by having a deal with Meyer? No. but that's what they'd be accused of by the hysteria mob so their hands are largely forced.

Obviously endorsement deals are a privilege, not a right, but I find companies knee jerk reactions to all these controversies to be nothing more than virtue signalling most of the time.

There will be an appropriate time and place to pull the deals from him without it looking like grand standing.

Was Urban actually doing commercials for Bob Evans or was Urban putting a tub of their mashed potatoes on his podium during press conferences like Saban does with the coke he never drinks?

They only suspended the endorsement deal until everything plays out. Not a permanent cancellation.
