Don't forget Fox has the UFC as well.

FS1 will be the first channel to legitimately compete with ESPN.

Not really.

NBC just bought the rights to the English Premier League.

BeIN Sports holds the right to Italian Serie A and Spanish La Liga (Barcelona - Messi/Neymar, Real Madrid - Ronaldo).

ESPN still holds the rights to most international tournaments.

Fox still holds the rights to the UEFA Champions League.
