Bigger colossal f**k up by Harbaugh: John O'Korn or AJ Dillon?

why in the fahkin hell would he think a kid who was 2nd to last in Total QBR in the entire FBS and lost his QB job at Houston to a 5'9" WR named Greg Ward Jr be worthy of a scholarship spot? Truly mind-bottling. Clearly O'Korn was a complete bum who is terrible at football. He was 2nd to last in QBR in all of FBS. Lost his job to a FIVE FOOT NINE WIDE RECEIVER. That happened.

Now- onto AJ Dillon. Kid just ran for 1,500 yards with no help around him at crappy Boston College and is the best RB in the ACC. Harbaugh had this kid committed to him for a long time and wouldn't promise him he'd play RB. Harbaugh was trying to talk him into playing LB so he switched to Boston College.

Which move was a more colossal f*** up and why can't Jeem make good personnel decisions? Poor guy is hell of a ball coach, just seems to not be able to get out of his own way sometimes.
