I don't see much likelihood in a Big 12 team actually winning a national title anytime soon. Sure, they put up points, but they face teams that are weak defensively. Many of the Big 12 teams with great offenses, have poor defenses. That hurts when you face teams from other conferences that have a QB, WRs, and RBs that will light your weak defense up and have an actual defense that challenges your high power offense.

I guess they are used to it and have forgotten real football. An SEC fan can't help but be disgusted. It's so arresting every single play the complete lack of pressure, inability to shed blocks, cover a man or make a basic tackle. They have just given up and removed a main aspect of the sport and created something else
