It’s the purest example of tape of someone completely breaking the sport they play. Watching a 7‘ kid mercilessly destroy his competition on an eight-foot rim is magical. It feels like we’re witnessing something from a kid’s movie, not a child’s nightmare.

Seriously, what are you supposed to do when you’re facing Rioux and he’s a solid three feet taller than you are? That’s a rhetorical question, because the only answer is to abandon all hope, give up, and wait for the sweet release of death.

I love that Rioux jumps when he dunks. He doesn’t have to, his arms are already above the rim — but it creates the illusion of effort. There is also no mercy on defense. Look at this poor sap trying to do a layup when Rioux is nearby.

That's pretty pathetic for 12-year-olds.

Other teams need to get soccer players who are experienced at falling down to draw a few charges on him.

1. 12 year olds should be playing on 10 foot rims, not 8.
2. You know #34 for that maroon team is so used to dominating since he is a good 6-12 inches taller than everyone... until the 7 footer shows up and destroys his soul.
3. The 12 year old giant really should consider playing up if it's allowed. This isn't doing him or the other kids any good.
4. Is this dude really 12?
5. I can't stop laughing at this.

That video is freaking hilarious. On a couple of dunks he tries to "hang" on the rim but he cant because his feet are touching the ground.

I’m surprised how well he dribbles and he even has a nice jumper for being so tall. He looks like when I create a player on 2k and make him max height and max stats.

the kind that wants their kids to be better shooters when they get older.

One of the biggest mistakes most people make is make their kids start shooting on a 10' goal before they are physically ready to. It's more important to make sure your shooting form is correct. Throwing a ball at a 10' goal does nothing for a 12 year old if he's heaving it from his hip b/c he isn't strong enough to shoot correctly at that height.

I get your point, but 12 year olds shouldn’t have any need to alter their form to shoot at a 10 foot rim. Younger kids that may be an issue

Yea he can actually dribble a little. I even saw somewhat of a euro step

He should be playing on a 10’ goal though. I wonder if he can dunk on that. Doesn’t seem like he has much hops yet
