This is an SDVTiger wet dream. Clip show wins titles on Lake Show hallowed grounds.

My favorite part of this was them letting you know it was "in cash."

Mine is that even when the clippers are doing something that should be to get out of the Lakers shadow, the organization just cant help itself and has to bring the Lakers into it

I went to the last Slayer show ever at the Forum in November & I couldn't believe how small it actually was. No suites anywhere in the arena. I hate the Lakers but it was amazing being on the floor where so many amazing basketball players had stood along with pretty much every huge band that has played there.

There is room for another arena in that area as the new football stadium is near it so Balmer is going to go all out with this new arena.

Are they gonna play in The Forum? I read an article and it didn’t look like that would play in it which my thought was what was the purpose in buying it.

They are going to tear it down and build a new palace

No. Balmer is buying the forum to get rid of a hurdle that would stand if he tried to build his new arena in Inglewood

Only 400m for that seems kinda cheap to me.
I guess since it was in cash?

I mean...you are getting downvoted, but trying to carve out an identity in Inglewood is silly.

Issue was with Knicks owner who owned the Forum preventing a new arena built by the Clippers in the area

I've watched concerts in both arenas but I did see Garth in Staples.
