I am a HUGE fan of throwing at the other team to stop them from throwing inside. Acuna has been hit so much that I'm fine with throwing at someone's earhole.
This team is softer than baby shite. No one came storming out of the dugout when Urena drilled him in 2018, either.

Earhole is too far you could literally kill someone but Harper/Realmuto should be very fearful of getting one right under or on their hands/in the ribs.
You have to pitch Ronnie in to get him out but teams have to have in the back of their heads that if you miss in there your star is going to wear one in a really uncomfortable spot.
